Our 30-Day Glow Guarantee applies to first-time purchases of PrettyProtein products per customer. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
One refund per customer, per household, per shipping address, and per payment method. Repeat refund requests from the same customer, address, or payment method will not be honoured and may result in account suspension.
Approved refunds cover the product purchase price only. The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
We do not require you to ship the product back to us for standard satisfaction refund claims. You may be asked to provide a photograph of the product or packaging to assist with our quality review process. Your cooperation helps us improve the product for every customer.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request in the following circumstances:
Chargeback Notice: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while a refund request is pending or has already been resolved by us is a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue recovery of any associated fees or costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund of the most recent charge. Subscription cancellations must be submitted before the applicable renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you cancel after a charge has been processed, that charge is non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
Subscription refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 01. The 30-Day Glow Guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@prettyprotein.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, theft, or delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events outside our control.
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control once issued.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been approved and processed. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
PrettyProtein is an early-stage brand. As we grow, our understanding of customer experience, return patterns, and product performance will evolve. We expressly reserve the right to modify, update, restrict, expand, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice.
The version of this Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility for that transaction. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this policy before each purchase.
Your continued use of the Services after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. If you do not agree with a revised policy, please do not place an order.
We are not obligated to apply the current version of this policy retroactively to orders placed under a prior version.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes relating to this policy are subject to the dispute resolution, arbitration, and limitation of liability provisions set out in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole remedy in connection with a product you are dissatisfied with is the refund described in this policy.
